Payment Methods & Tax Compliance
As an experienced technical support agent, I offer flexible payment options that ensure a smooth and compliant process for international clients. I accept payments through Upwork Direct Contracts and Remote.com, both of which handle the complexities of global payments and tax compliance.

Upwork Direct Contracts:This platform allows you to contract with me directly without using the traditional Upwork marketplace. Payments are secured, and Upwork provides invoicing and tax documentation to ensure compliance with international tax laws. Whether you're a company in the US, Europe, or beyond, you can easily manage payments while complying with your local tax requirements.
Remote.com: For clients who prefer a more comprehensive payroll and compliance solution, Remote.com is a great option. Remote.com ensures that payments are processed legally across borders, handling taxes and withholding where applicable. It offers complete peace of mind when hiring talent internationally, as they manage all aspects of tax law, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
My Work Experience
2016
This was the beginning of my journey into web development . I joined a company as a remote freelancer and started diving into programming languages, HTML, CSS, and everything in between.
I took on all sorts of projects, from redesigning pages in WordPress to building landing pages from scratch with raw HTML and CSS . It was an exciting time where I began to discover my strengths and areas for growth, and that's when I realized just how much I loved web development.
2018
MAAT
By 2018, I had joined MAAT, a more established company in Georgia, where I worked on recognized brand websites. This was my first full-time role, and I was entrusted with managing several websites on my own.
It was here that I really honed my skills with WordPress, working with plugins like WooCommerce, Yoast, WPForms, and builders such as Elementor and WPBakery (back when it was still called Visual Composer!).
2019
So, how did I become a Technical Support Engineer? Well, it all began at Webnus , the team behind the Modern Event Calendar plugin .I started as a WordPress developer, but soon found myself guiding junior developers and helping users troubleshoot their issues, whether it was JavaScript errors, conflicts, or other technical challenges. Eventually, I shifted my focus to support, where I led a team to help users and new developers navigate WordPress. It was during this time that I realized how much I enjoyed helping others succeed .
2022
After I departed at 2022, I was contacted by recruiters at Automattic, the company who owns WordPress.com and hired as a Happiness Contractor, for you who are not familiar with the term, it is something automattican call their junior support agents. at this point I was able to learn the basics of the WordPress.com platform itself, worked as a team member of a large group of Support Agents, resolved many technical issues and make many users happy.
